I could swear that Kerry fought, and I mean REALLY FOUGHT, on our side in Vietnam.
But you gotta give the Bush Spin Machine their due, they can spin anything so it looks like something else.

All of you are so narrow-minded....everything that the press or private orgs put out has a spin to it....if this was about Bush, you would be thrilled because that is what you already believe...but since it's about Kerry, you choose not to believe it and denounce the messenger as a member of the "Bush Spin Machine...." It would be the same if it were about Bush....I think everyone needs to take a step back and realize that no one is perfect, especially those under the scrutiny that presidential candidates are under. Or, you can go about your lives being hand-fed the crap that the press dishes out about both parties.....sheep...the lot of ya....

That entire site is dedicated to trouncing Kerry's credibility. Its a supposed "independent politcal watchdog" organization. Yet, no mention anywhere of Bush's abuses of power, or his administrations misleading of America. A true watchdog organization watches both sides of the fence, not just the one where their interests don't reside.

It was interesting to note that they celebrate Easter the same way as we do - commemorating the death and resurrection of Jesus by telling our children a giant bunny rabbit left chocolate eggs in the night. I wonder why we're so messed up as a race? You k

I was not upholding the credibility of this site....I am just saying that there are very few creditable "sources" of information that do not have some sort of spin...and if we did find them and the information did not fit our views of our party, we would denounce them as well......

I take your point, it was a bit knee-jerk of me, but damn!
After nearly four years of this crap, I can hardly wait until it is over.
Just about everything these people have ever said has turned out to be untrue, wrong, stupid, bullshit, or some combination.
Enron and Halliburtion were good companies.
Saddam had WMD's
We HAD to invade Iraq to protect ourselves from terroritst.
The first round of tax cuts would generate 3 million American jobs
The list is friggin' endless.

Now the Chickenhawk in Chief is a war hero and the War Hero is a coward and traitor. Whatever, dude, let's just get the voting over with, and start cleaning up the mess.

Wow. Whose the managing editor of this site? Rush Limbaugh?

This site is crap and is nothing more than a mouthpiece for the administration.

Amazing how you think this is from 'Bush's spin machine ' ... these are people who know Kerry and are expressing themselves.

The link to how his commanding officers thought of him is a very good insight to how many of his 'comrades' thought of Jphn Kerry. He served 4 months and got 5 medals ... doesn't that sound even a little odd to you.

The spokesman for 'Swift Boat Veterans for Truth' had this quote which has incredible parallels to today in Iraq
"Despite our shared experience," O'Neill wrote, "I still believe what I believed 33 years ago that John Kerry slandered America's military by inventing or repeating grossly exaggerated claims of atrocities and war crimes in order to advance his own political career as an antiwar activist."

"His misrepresentations played a significant role in creating the negative and false image of Vietnam vets that has persisted for over three decades," .

What else is funny about Comrade Kerry is he pissed and moaned his way into one of those purple hearts. I guess a grenade went off in a close proximity to him, tore someones leg off, and a piece of shrapnel bounced off of his arm or something. He grabbed the shrapnel, walked into the medics tent, held up the shrapnel and when "WAaaaaaaaaaaaaaa." and pointed to his arm "MY LIVER MY LIVER!!!"

'Swift Boat Veterans for Truth' was created by the Republican party as an attack apparatus to deflect attention from Bush's war record, or rather lack of one, by attacking someone who really did put his life on the line for his country.

Show me one reason why this site is NOT Bush's spin machine. Nearly every article is conservative bias. Heck, Mr. Farah's little site even has an article that is really an advertisment for a democratic bashing magazine.

http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLEID=38433

This site is not only a mouthpeice for whimsical, non-pertinent, allegations against John Kerry, but its devoted to the slandering of the democratic party and its members. Its completely biased and unsubstantiated.

Because the people quoted and are in that boaters orginization, like the Zumwalts, are all veterans and professional soldiers. who knew John Kerry So you can listen to the experinces of professional soldiers about why they think that Kerry would not be a good commander in chief of the US forces .. or you can be dogamtic and say that this is all politics I hate Bush and I won't believe anything written by these veterans becasue thier experiences differ from what I think.

OR you can come to the realization that old war stories about a fellow soldier do not dictate how he is going to manage the office of president. Unless of course, our commander in chief is given a gun and told to go out in the field and shoot some people. Get real, dude.
