PMS...Whoa! If the Army had a program that I could get drafted into any on going conflict every 4 weeks while my girlfriend has PMS I would sign up. I think it would be a very sucessful way to get men to enlist.

Or better yet...
Have an army made up of ALL women and cycle them onto the battlefield every 4 weeks while they have PMS. Could you imagine a frontline of all women PMSing. We'd destroy any enemy.
