In my own area we had no less than a dozen guys bankrupted fighting bullshit charges, it got so bad that often the police would testify AGAINST the DA. why? Because the DA was a woman whom we later found out had been raped in college, therefor if you had a penis you were a rapist PERIOD.
It didn't matter if there was evidence, or if the cops had found holes in the story you could drive a Mac truck through, you had a penis you were a rapist. The women quickly learned of this and damned near every nasty divorce ended up with rape charges. I personally had a friend that lost a house that had been in his family 4 generations, all because his ex got the step daughter to say he grabbed her ass. the cops testified for him that the girl changed stories more often than the weather, but the lawyer fees cost him his home.
So don't think this can't happen here Baron, because it can and does all the time. All it takes is a prosecutor that is willing to use the unlimited funds at their disposal to crucify you.

He's already set precedents for most debt, people on welfare and food stamps, signing electronically from Europe the Patriot Act, terrorist killing and burial at sea, giving guns to Mexican drug gangs and killers and having American taxpayers pay for it, kinetic military actions ... why when you look at it that way .. Obama has done some things for this country.

The Dems controlled congress since Jan 2007-> Jan 2011, had the WH from Jan 2009 to now, still control the WH and the senate. Passed TARP 1&2 by party lines and helped the rich, bailed out Wall Street and bankers,.. most rational people know that the bailouts did no good - just as many wise people had said it wouldn't. I know you've said that they saved the world as we know it .. yeah right .. things are great now huh .. they kicked the can down the road, and now the road is more uphill and full of potholes .. and the geniuses who got us in this fix want to do the same thing again .. at the tune of a 200 -> 315$K per job .. and that job will last .. what one year or so - those are not self sustaining jobs - just bailouts from the fthe fed govt taxpayers.
