This guy is an idiot. Sure, it is just beer and it can't actually hurt anyone, but if it was you being assaulted that way, how do you know that there isn't something toxic or dangerous in there? You wouldn't know, and that makes it really sick and twisted to do a stunt like this.
Even stupider is that member of Congress, I forget which idiot it was, who said it is a good thing that he isn't allowed to take his guns into Congress. It takes a total lack of respect for the public who voted you into office as well as for the individuals you are stealth-threatening by saying that, especially in the same year that a member of Congress was shot at a public hearing.
If words aren't enough for you then you need to join the Nazi Party or some other group that needs to use violence to get its way. You certainly don't belong in the US Congress.
