Gun confiscation would have halted this inhumanity against man and would prevent further pain and suffering to these pro-active Robin Hood type wealth re-distribution activists. These Yugos should have suffered the same deep and necessary punishment as these other "self defending" gunnuts. The drug dealer is an needy as the drug users; both of the despairing victims are driven to their positions by Bush and the right wing white male conspiracy. The re-distributors had knives but they would not have been used to threaten the rich and greedy for profit capitalist business owners, the knives carried by these victims of society were only used to desperately open cans of food - acquired through lack of want, procedures promised by FDR, Huey Long, Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro, President Bam, and other progressive humanitarians seeking to assist their fellow man - and eat, in order to save their lives in an otherwise cruel, dangerous and uncaring society that would not otherwise offer such basic assistance.
