His US citizenship was never in question since his mom was born a US citizen... the only issue being manufactured was whether he was a naturally born US citizen which has also been proven true.

Yes, but the real issue here is that dishonest individuals have manufactured a phony controversy by exploiting the faith that many people have in their favorite form of media.
They have continued to perpetuate this myth that they created out of thin air long after the point at which their lies and speculations were disproved.
For them to continue to peddle this nonsense in the face of overwhelming and authoritative proof to the contrary just shows how far they are willing to go to exploit the consumers of their brand of media.
They have no respect for the intelligence of their viewers/listeners and nothing demonstrates this like trying to beat the dead Birther horse.

Do their viewers/listeners even DESERVE respect? After all, they make a deliberate decision to set their gullibility level to maximum. The Birther leadership simply takes advantage of that. If there was no demand, there would be no supply.
