Prison guards deserve union benefits and wages, just like plumbers can and do get more pay than rich and greedy doctors. Like George Soros, Harvard students are upright and progressive, which automatically means they give all their money away so they won't have to live with themselves and their otherwise evil tag of the rich and greedy. So it makes since that prison guards, west coast longshoremen and plumbing is hard work and they deserve the high pay. Doctors only push pills and try to grab as many dollars as they can from a defenseless public, while working only a few hours a week.
