I expressed my individuality by doing what everyone else was doing, back in the day. I grew my hair to shoulder length and sported facial hair.
When I needed to get a job, all I had to do was shave and visit a barber.
If you have a car wheel rim in your earlobe, you don't have that same flexibility to your look.

Maybe they are looking for jobs in the wrong places .. I'd say they could look for jobs at tatoo parlors, bars, construction, home repair maybe a hardware store cuz some of them look like they have everything but the kitchen sink on their personage.
