Sure The Daily Show uses humor to poke fun at public figures and sometimes in the process shows the truth behind the spin.
O'Keefe uses dishonesty to make it look as if he is showing the truth, which in one case caused so much outrage in those who foolishly believed in his fiction, that political action was taken against those who were victimized by his smear campaign.
