Blame the wacko enviro-terrorists and their dogs in office that take their money to push oil drilling into the deep ocean. Which I have no problem, but we should mandate certain safety devices that cost money to reduce these problems.
Bush lifted the executive ban on off shore drilling. Remember, you two supported it then.
