I want more information on this picture. Is that a frontal view of the 250 pound woman? If those two lighter areas aren't her eye sockets, are they tumors?
I think it is a back view because it looks like the thumbs pointing the other direction. Those look like the back part of the brain, the cerebellum I think?
Maybe they are tumors though I hesitate to guess that because of the even distance apart and size of each one, or some type of fat deposit on the back of her skull.
You can tell by the elbows and knees that these women are facing away from our viewpoint.
The dark spots on the head are probably where the ears and ear canals are located
So is that fat on the brain?
They are facing us, look where the hearts are.

And to answer Z3's question, I hadn't noticed the big bulge of what looks like fat under the heavier woman's brain. The brain itself is composed of stuff that looks like fat, so it is difficult for me to say if she has an extra large brain (less likely) or just gobs of fat in the back of her neck (more likely) In either case, it is really gross!
I have no idea what "the Ice Cream Boys" you refer to are. Was that an attempt at an insult? You need to do much better than that.
The two spots are likely the back of the eye sockets. As I pointed out, the two are both facing towards the viewer, not away. The hearts (and livers) show that. The misinterpretation of the skeletal clues (thumbs, knees, elbows) doesn't change where the organs are in humans.
And yes, it is pointless to try to help some people understand what they are looking at. The only affiliation I have to the linked photo is I have been a member of Madville for years, so no check for me.
These photo's are really confusing to me..what is the point exactly?
