You could always screen and control who comes to the town hall meeting like Obama has done .. that way no one will ever disagree with you ... that's great democracy in action. I really love the way that neo liberals have come to the forefront and can decide who is disruptive or not. Many of the videos I've seen the people were not disruptive .. but they had a different opinion than that of the speaker.

I don't see why they tolerate loud and abusive people of any political persuasion at a Town Hall. That goes double for a well organized series of disruptive protesters who are using lobbyist money to prevent people from discussing a topic that corporate sponsors have a big incentive for leaving things the way they are.
That was one area where the dems should emulate Bush, he didn't allow any nonsense or anything that was off the script at any of his appearances.
If someone starts shouting, get them out of the building!
