Art Bell retired too early!! He missed out on all the fun!! I also never realized the "Tinfoil Hat" Brigade was so large!! At least the Roman Empire had Lead in the water and food to blame for stupid people!! What's our excuse??

Both of these facts are pretty damn scary.
Bill Maher did a bit on this on his most recent HBO program. There are a surprisingly large percentages of people who don't know that each State has two senators, who still believe that Saddam Hussein was personally responsible for the 9/11 attacks, that Bush had advanced knowledge of 9/11, or that the twin towers fell for reasons not related to them getting hit by airplanes, etc
