Agree with johngriffin. What really cracked me up was the $15 dollar "negative balance fee" the bank tacked on.
Well, the explanation is extremely technical. I get it because I am a programmer, but I can understand how it is still unclear to non-programmers.
I bet the $15 dollar fee was probably an automated thing, and the "customer service" people he talked to are under orders to never reverse the charge under any circumstance (I bet it was a higher-level manager who authorized it).
Whew. For a minute there I thought I no brain today; I has the stupid.
