I heard a theory that Van Gogh cut off his ear because he had a nasty case of tinnitus.
Van Gogh wouldn't have understood why he ear was always ringing with some form of noise and through agony he probably cut off his ear to remove the noise!?!
Sounds reasonable in a weird way...
The world is like a giant car, were speeding towards a brick wall at 100 miles per hour and everybody's arguing over where to sit..
