Sounds like he needs to be neutered. 
What I want to know is how a person can even have 14 kids when they probably can't afford anymore than 0. Then again, the poorer and/or less educated a person is, the more children they are likely to have.

Where does it say in the Constitution and Bill of Rights that the taxpayer is not responsible for raising these future FF party voters, or that one is limited to having x number of kids, or that you have to be able to afford the kids, house and car that you own? No where I tell you. Multiple births in America are encouraged by the FF for anyone in America, or who is on their way to America to get free US citizenship and benefits for their future children and themselves and their families that they later get across the borders, who is a registered Democrat, Socialist or Communist. Republicans have no choice but to be enslaved to them to raise them so they can grow to vote FF. It is a magic situation.
