Wow. This is the most distressing look into the mind of the drunk and confused ultra-Rural voter I have ever seen.

Her insightful comments on Obama's name are riveting.! At the end, she degrades into standard GOP talking points. This is proof that parroting FOX / GOP talking points takes an IQ of no more than Absolute Zero.

The direct racism was simply icing on the cake!

Its funny you comment on this, as you suggested just yesterday that not everyone should have the right to vote. So apparently you share at least one idea with these people.

I suggested Learner's Permits to vote. Instead of exit polls, perhaps entry polls where the voter is asked the reason they have chosen to vote for whomever.
If the answer is insanely stupid or irrelevant they have to complete a Citizenship-level American Government class. It would be painfully easy to by-pass this system, Voter would just listen more closely to "talking points."

It's a half-baked theory, but at least it is a plan.

After the woman in the video, stated that she didn't care if Obama was black, her buddies went off on the standard slurs. Listen for yourself, it's near the end of the clip.

If you are using the other meaning of the word, it is implied that this is about the candidates for the Presidential race.

It's also a horrible plan. Who decides what qualifies as "stupid" or "irrelevant"? The whole reason everyone is allowed to vote is to prevent someone's pet philosophies from becoming law. Your plan is completely counter to the idea of freedom.
