Looks like a variant of number 11 was used in a 1948 Tucker Sedan.

Yep, GM and Ford got a law passed against those type of headlights back then to help kill the Tucker! They had to get rid of that law a while back because the European car makers were having to disable the system so they could be imported to the US!

I don't think that I would buy the first years model of a car that came out with some of those! The programming would have to be pretty much perfect and fool-proof, or they could make a bad situation worse!
