Based on what is circulating that same Internet these days, it's going to be an open fest for the ISP companies to cut-off unlimited broadband internet access (here in AU if you don't decide to go with a 3rd party provider you still pay an arm and a leg for such a service) citing one of the rules that they should provide equal internet service to everyone (which with their current capacities they obviously can't).
Bottom line is that until some sh*t-for-brains egomaniac(s) decided to say that the Internet needs to be free (and he or they are the one(s) that are going to do it, the Network was undoubtedly free
