I see him a lot on the science and history channels. He does a good job of cutting thru the BS and explaining concepts.

While he kinda looks like the world's biggest nerd, whenever I see his face on TV, I know that the topic will be an interesting one.
I love hearing about how he gets hate mail from 3rd graders about Pluto no longer being considered a planet.
EDIT; it would be a far better world if more people were science literate. We wouldn't be wasting as much time arguing over matters that don't require an argument.
