Uhh given the psychopharmacology of heroin, I'm going to say that this is a load of crap unless they have found a way to prevent it doing it's thing before it hits the brain. Seeing as you smoke it and shoot it, I'm not seeing when you would do that as those are both direct paths to the blood, and the blood goes to the brain. Certainly not anything that would merit the term vaccine.
