In the article NPR quotes Ohio State officials, a seismologist who is working on the case, and a Columbia University professor.
They seem to know what they are talking about.
What is difficult to believe is that anyone would think that you can shoot tons of hazardous chemicals deep underground under extreme pressure and that nothing bad could possibly happen from doing that.
Don't get me wrong, we need the energy supply but we have to be honest about the costs and the risks. Don't we?
