You're sick of it, unless those self serving liars are saying stuff you agree with on an emotional level. You give those guys a free pass all the time.
Find what people say to be interesting and giving them a free pass is not the exact same thing. Sometimes I find things interesting that I don't agree with or that I don't know much about. I don't necessarily agree with everything I post. I just find it interesting.
But you are correct to a point, I am not free of bias, very few people are, if any.
Another factor is that your own bias can get in the way of your judgement about what is a self serving lie and what might be true but you don't agree with on an emotional level.
We are all mortal and flawed, and that is just our good side.
