According to the Office of the Federal Register, in 1998, the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), the official listing of all regulations in effect, contained a total of 134,723 pages in 201 volumes that claimed 19 feet of shelf space. In 1970, the CFR totaled only 54,834 pages. Adding and maintaining federal family regulations creates jobs both in government positions and in regulatory monitoring positions within the regulated company itself. Eliminating regulations eliminates the progressive unionized government jobs and people required to create and enforce those regulations that are an asset to humanity and the progressive party. Along with the union job losses, progressive votes are loss. It's a lose, lose situation for health and safety, and the de-industrialization and business stifling projects we, the FF and or loyal followers, strive to achieve in the west. It required a large effort by the FF and BO to eliminate the 20,000 pipeline jobs (these oil, chemical and atomic workers are often democrat in nmae ont and instead vote rethug as they think think for some reason the progressives don't like oil, gas, chemicals and nuclear So that these unemployed Americans would continue to be un-self-reliant and governmental dependent, and would continue to buy Arab Oil to finance more worthy projects such as this. We encourage all of you to support more regulations, today.

Give a man a fish and he will become a government dependent progressive voter. Teach a man to fish and he become a self sufficient and conservative Angel of Satan. Biden 3:24

Not that the regulations cost the companies more and increase the cost of hiring.... Government spending will not create jobs either unless they are wasteful government ones.

Even though you are smart enough to think for yourself, you just puke out these talking points without thinking. Beginning in the 1950's, the interstate highway project created a lot of new jobs building roads and bridges and so on, all with government money. This infrastructure has been a big part of making businesses successful ever since. It was a purely public sector expenditure that created wealth, and a lot of it, for workers, for cities and towns, and for the private sector.

So it isn't true that government can't create jobs at all.

The space program in the 1960's, and the technology spin offs created by it, is another great example.

And, of course the US has more military spending than the rest of the world combined. Is all that money really wasted according to your narrow minded talking points?
