Arab Spring" .. yeah right.
Don't you'all feel safer now from Libya, they were such a threat to America and Europe (Bankers and oil cartels perhaps not the citizens of those country s)

112 Tomahawk missiles fired form ships... that a google search would come up with.

Like Saddan Hussein, Qaddafi forces did fire a SCUD missile with no affect. Don't bring a knife to a "NATO" kinetic military action boys.

US promised no military but .... Through six months of war in the skies over Libya, the Obama administration has had one big, fat red line: it wont put any troops on the ground. Except that red line turned out to be permeable, as CIA operatives made their way to the shores of Benghaz

I think Kadaffi (or however you spell his name) was a greater threat to the US and Europe than Saddam. Libya was active for a very long time in international terrorism, the Lockerbie incident being just one example.

Whether the Arab Spring uprising in Libya turns out to be a good thing or a bad thing depends on what happens from here.

Let's hope for the best.

Lockerbie is a damn good point.. If you consider how many people used the Lockerbie Bomber as a political talking point.
