What is that song .. anything you can do I can do better .. Obama has outdone GW's administration by even making the economy much worse(largest debt and deficit EVAR) and managed to have a worse foreign policy, unless you consider more wars and bombing a good foreign policy and I would say he has even polarized the country even more. In that respect I think Obama has gone further than the GW.

If I were going to complain about Cheney complaining, it would be along the lines of "why are you complaining the Obama has pretty much continued Bush's foreign policy?

Yeah, that is a good point raz, it is hard to see much daylight between Bush and Obama in terms of foreign policy.
