Diseases like TB is why you need Universal Health Care. People need to understand that it spreads expotentially. Dealing with TB after it gets out of control will be very expensive.
Open borders are not in the US Constitution either but we, seeking the unvaccinated, over-anti-bioticed border crossers, and US businesspeople looking for cheap labor, fight to keep borders open to these really inexpensive WMD carriers, even though the majority of the western populations are opposed. The same way the European imperialists destroyed huge numbers of newly discovered populations by bringing their previously unknown European diseases with them, so now it now happens to you - karma. Since it is so expensive to treat TB, we figure the federal family will place it in the unaffordable class of cancer and just let people die while FF supporters will blame it all on Bush and big pharma,. The fewer the opponents, the easier the occupation. Here, have a free blanket as history teaches you westerners nothing.
There are a lot of people with high incomes who think the worst thing that could happen is that they will have to pay for health care for poor people, but there is something a lot worse; high income people catching horrible diseases from people who lack basic health care.
Perhaps more shocking, your kids can catch diseases from going to school with un-vaccinated kids. These kids might be from families who can't afford to get their shots or they could be from any family who abstains from vaccinations either from religious reasons or because some Playboy magazine model told them that their kids will catch Autism or Asperger's from the shots.
In either case, you should be afraid of a USA where health care is just for the fortunate few, you should be VERY AFRAID!

Universal health care may not be in the US Constitution, but not having it makes us more susceptible to some very scary pandemics.
