The contrast between the two presidents, in case you missed it, is that Obama came face to face in an unplanned meeting with someone who is a critic of his policies.
Bush public events were, as I have said, populated with adoring fans. Bush would never have done what Obama did yesterday.
Why do I mention this when it is, as you say, a new decade? Just an interesting contrast between these two men who happen to be consecutive presidents of the US. That's all.

seems pretty much the same to me .. patriot act ... war on drugs .. wait - Obama didn't get congressional approval for his war in Libya but GW did get approval for his war.
More people under Obama on food stamps, unemployed, higher govt debt, higher inflation and more jobless claims .. yup I'd say there were some differences ... time for a change - different meaning apparently depending on your political preferences .. yes very objective or subjective.

3 days ago, the administration and the press called this a "listening tour," yet I have yet to hear anything but Obama yappin' away with his broken record bullshit: "I inherited...; We need a bipartisan approach...; Private jet owners need to pay taxes,(even tho I gave them that tax break in my stimulus plan not 18 months ago); ...millionaires and billionaires...; ...shared sacrifice..."
I wish he'd get his ass on vacation so we could all stop hearing so much of him listening.
