Actually this is our fault as a nation because this CAN be prevented. offer $1000 to any man who will get snipped and offer $2000 for any woman that will get her tubes tied. And we of course will pay for the operations. I bet my last dollar the scumbums like this would be more than happy to trade their reproductive rights for some more dope.
To paraphrase a line from parenthood "You need a license to drive a car, hell you even need a license to catch a fish, but they'll let any old buttmunch be a parent".
Hell if we offered them 4 times what I suggest it would still be a bargain when compared to all the assistance, schooling, and jails needed to deal with the unwanted masses of kids raising themselves. Very few sadly will do like I did when two little boys were dropped in my lap and actually step up to the plate.
I may be permanently out of a half a dozen years worth of sleep but the oldest is in premed and while the youngest sadly will most likely be on disability (he was actually stillborn and they got him back, but there was nerve damage and his back is messed up) he is a sweet and happy young man that wouldn't hurt a fly and helps out wherever he can.
But sadly we see all too often unwanted children like the above and the poor child they had already murdered. If paying a couple of thousand to take away the reproductive rights of these scumbums without anyone screaming racism is what it takes? Then it is worth every penny at twice the price. That poor kid is gonna end up needing help the rest of her life. Just imagine what that kind of damage starvation has done to a growing brain.

Yep, the headline is sensationalist, not sure why they went with that angle, stating the way she was being kept, plus that the remains of another child were found would have been a more accurate/horrific headline.
Yeah. As horrible as the situation was, it's not like she'd been taking big juicy bites out of her arms.
