Apparently many of these people have lost their jobs during the Bush depression. Government jobs are jobs for repressed minorities (only African hyphen Americans were listed here, not other minorities). Affirmative reverse apartheid is easily applied in government situations and is necessary to provide jobs for those who could not get a job in the private sector because they could not graduate school due to racist testing policies that interfere with carefully planned high school childbirth. Expansion of the government is necessary to create jobs, especaily in a bad economy created by Bush.

Though 10 percent of the U.S. civilian labor force, African-Americans are 18 percent of U.S. government workers. They are 25 percent of the employees at Treasury and Veterans Affairs, 31 percent of the State Department, 37 percent of Department of Education employees and 38 percent of Housing and Urban Development. They are 42 percent of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., 55 percent of the employees at the Government Printing Office and 82 percent at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency.

Perhaps technology can assist these financially battered youth in their progressive Robin Hood methods to gain equality.
