very little since you don't know jack about the tea party.
If not actual tea party members, then at least douche-nozzles.
More likely ignoramuses who don't know Jack Squat about the US Constitution but about to get an expensive education on that topic.
And you base this on? Nice to see you're still here spouting off your borderline illiterate nonsense.
Go fuck yourself.
Since I follow tea party news and such, so where do you come off and insult them when you don't know yourself the answer yourself.

when you don't know yourself the answer yourself"
See! Borderline illiterate.
or lazy....
A nearly all black town in rural Arkansas where there is a lot of democratic candidates in office at the state and local level, tea party membership is probably not the safest bet.
The whole county the town resides in barely has email, so on-line records of party affiliation don't seem to exist to find a phone number, much less info about party affiliation.
You can hear this lovely council member discuss it right here.

Ohh, so sorry but Mr. Nash does not know Constitution is a living and breathing and flawed document, designed to be interpreted at will by president BO to do such necessary things as invade Libya without Congressional approval and rightfully make Americans to buy health insurance policy. We already establish "Free speech zones", which get smaller and smaller zones. If ordinance encompasses homophobic Boy Scout groups, you know repug wrote it. More on story, with picture. Here is the Gould Citizens Advisory Council picture. More here. Tea party is racist.

steamed .. some nice googling to find those pics
Wow .. those certainly look like Tea Party to me.
From the way the city voted - I'd say they are democrats mostly.
Some Gould political facts:
2006 elections: In the gubernatorial race, Arkansas elected Democrat Mike Beebe over Republican Asa Hutchinson, with 54.9% of the vote. elected
Presidential politics: Gould is in Lincoln County, which voted Democratic in the last two presidential elections. According to unofficial vote totals for 2004, Bush received 1,972 votes and John Kerry received 2,190 votes.
In the November 2000 election, Lincoln County supported Al Gore. Countywide, 1,526 people voted for Bush and 1,957 voted for Gore. Nader received 21 votes.
Also, lincoln had all of about 14k people at that time. SO mostly, they don't vote.
That is a poor showing even with 20% under voting age.
Anathema
What are the chances that the council is at least partly filled with tea party members?
