I want to know why this POS is smiling. 
This is eerily similar to a story from my neck of the woods, link I posted awhile back.
When that was first going on, a few of us came up with this idea; Let the parents go. Just let me and a few others know exactly where and when they will be released. Something like this: at the appointed and known time,on some secluded road, the police truck opens its rear door, the two accused step out and are released into the arms of the crowd awaiting them. 1 hour later, the police truck returns to pick up what is left of them. No muss, no fuss.
Sometimes I miss the stocks
Not a bad idea at all.
I can't imagine there being enough left of them to justify sending a whole truck back out. Maybe someone on a moped with a spatula and a sandwich baggie would be more appropriate.
