allowing Medicare reimbursement rates for doctors to fall to the levels prescribed by the formula Congress wrote almost 15 years ago. In other words, no more "doc fixes." No more rich and greedy doc fixes - That's your big one right there. This will further reduce the number of people considering medical school, force the retirement of those ready to bail anyway to further avoid those $50.00 maximum Medicare tonsil removal payments, all but eliminate General Practice docs and close the offices of others to new Medicare patients... We need to get rid of the US trained docs who expect rich and greedy doctor pay for their intense training, hard work, 24 hour work days, through the roof college loans, and a cut of the action for pharmaceutical sales, and replace them with, Zimabwe, Cuban, N. Korean, etc. trained low paid (and love it) docs (Castro as assured us he will be happy to supply them) who can also act as teachers, politicians, media people.... all the positions we need to fill in the US to teach social re-engineering.
