This will not happen to Doc Mac as I am sure he will decide to devote his life to poverty and and pay for the diagnoses and prescriptions for the poor. He will ask the rich and greedy drug salesmen representing the rich and greedy drug companies to give the drugs away to him and his patients for free, and the drug company salesmen will never again approach him.

As a matter of fact, I have been handing out hoarded supplies of sample drugs (from drug reps who intended that they be given to wealthy patients) to our poor patients. Just our way of sticking it to The Man.
