the Constitution was fairly clear on what tasks were the government's and what was the states/people. The federal government has gone to great links to grab more power over the last 150 years (even longer in certain cases).

Hack and Slash the budget is a great start, since Obama and his posse could not do the job of getting American's budget on track without spending trillions like it grows on trees..... Government should be shutdown permanently due to it's many Constitutional Departments and wasteful spending.
