No, I think the CBO was taking everything into account. The real truth is that the people who keep telling you that it is a government takeover and will cost us more tax money are deliberately lying to you, knowing for certain that you will never hold them to account even if you eventually figure out that they weren't straight with you.
Obama and the dems are hardly any better on this topic, because they used every smoke screen imaginable to hide the fact that the purpose of the reform was simply to save the government money. And even as bloated and filled with pork that was needed to bribe other dems into voting for it, it will still do that over ten years. Save the government tax dollars, that is.
EDIT: I was referring to the real CBO estimate which predict that the REFORM would save tax money over 10 years, not whatever this is saying.
