Prison IS our chosen form of welfare. I guess this might be kinda redundant...
impractical on almost every level. aside from there being no space in prisons, every homeless welfare recipient would sign up for free housing, costing the tax payer way more. if i were homeless, i'd sign up immediately. this suggestion is just a way to get his name in the paper. nothing more.

They must. After all, he's "familiar with their needs.
Not having to work if one doesn't want to is a right in the US and is Constitutionally funded by the rich and greedy. Forcing people to earn a living, and travel on business, is beyond imagination.
Remind me again which political party is supposed to be getting the Concentration camps ready? I suppose this is going to happen right after the Mass execution of prisoners to free up space for the indigent!
