The imam behind the project is no moderate and it was being built as a victory mosque so close to 9-11. If they don't like it that we won't rubber stamp their mosque, than they can return to their shitty countries.

The people involved were born here and their leader was killed in the 9-11 attack. They are as American as you are and have sacrificed more for this country than you have.

where the heck did you find that information? Abdul Rauf, a Kuwait-born Muslim Sufi of Egyptian origin, is the chief proponent of the mosque project. He is a supporter of radical islam from what I see.

You are seeing it wrong. This is a guy who is loosely affiliated with President Bush.

EDIT: I just found this article that shows this guy has connections to the FBI, and in a totally good way, too.

And I don't trust the information sources you rely on. They have a long history of distortion and outright fraud.

Examples are too numerous to mention, but we can go with;

1) Bill Clinton committed perjury (Newt still repeats this)

2) ACORN is taking over the world (or nearly anything on this topic)

3) Saddam's connection to 9/11

4) EmailGate proves global warming is a fraud (just an outright lie told with enthusiasm and conviction)

Again patriot Mr. Gramps comes to the welcome defense of the FF and Islam in a way that speaks for all.

A state is better governed which has but few laws, and those laws strictly observed. Some really wacky neocon named R. Decartes
