This could meaning nothing more than even more votes for BO from the thankful progresive cultivators. I think Mr. Gramps is on to somehting here. While we reduce taxes on depressants and other mind altering drugs to encourage their use, we increase taxes on other industries that cause the US companies to go overseas, or import labor. Hats off on this contribution. I bet this idea makes it up the chain.
