I don't see a problem since they (cops) are all scientists/mathematicians and can easily calculate your speed from visual observation. 
From what I was told once, apparently they can smell marijuana from 50 feet away while travelling on main street at 40 mph.
No one in our group of people smoked anything, but his super sleuth nose sure smelled it.

This is actually easier said than done. I-70, I-71, I-74, I-75, I-76, I-77, I-80, and I-90 all go through Ohio
