I'm not surprised. The politicians don't work for us. The courts don't work for us. Why should the police be any different.
I can't imagine how anyone in their right mind could find this acceptable. And the judges ruling for it should be required to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Because they are obviously INSANE.
The judges ruling is actually interesting. If I was a defense attorney, I'd argue the hell out of the two party consent law for any audio or video evidence taken without a warrant. Cops use "no expectation of privacy" all the time to gather evidence.
