I'll never understand the "war" on drugs. There's no war on Alcohol (anymore). It is sold, taxed, and we go about our business. The govt. would have more control of drugs if they legalized them and took the criminal element out of the equation as much as is possible.
40 years of war and most drugs are available within a few blocks of almost anyone's residence.
