The GOP has been galloping to the Right so fast that supposedly moderate Republicans like McCain are now taking position so much farther to the Right than ever before that he sounds like a totally different guy than the one who ran for president the year before last. Back then he dismissed the Fence as unnecessary. Now he is a big bandwagon jumper on the subject.

I am not a Republican voter in Arizona so that isn't for me to decide. I am just saying that the 2010 version of McCain is vastly farther to the Right than the one of just two years ago.
And he is supposed to be a moderate.
