Missouri doesnt have any legal mj laws yet.. That said i wouldnt say this a federal issue, local cops are just as bad in raids. I'd say this an issue of over all law reform and the force police are allowed to use from a state up to a federal level. But, no i'm not looking for Ron Paul or any other genei in a new suit to reform marijuana. Reform will be pushed by the people like it is being done today.
The majority of people want it .. it's the politicians that aren't listening .. I think it is because there is too much money to lose if it does become legal. If you figure out who would be losing the money and who gives money to politicians .. then you know why it isn't legal.
Yeah, it should be legal but you cant make an issue with Obama for a raid in a state where it is illegal like he can magicly go in and say OK guys, thats enough.. AND, its the right who mostly keep it illegal, tyvm.
That's pretty messed up. I wouldn't mind seeing the officer who fired charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm and cruelty to animals.
