I call BS, if you check the poll on the bottom of the page 80% favor legalizing Mary Jane and 70 % have tried it. You really have to wonder who CNBC was polling...
In the poll, only 33 percent favor legalization while 55 percent oppose it. People under 30 were the only age group favoring legalization (54 percent) and opposition increased with age, topping out at 73 percent of those 65 and older. Opposition also was prevalent among women, Republicans and those in rural and suburban areas.
Sounds like your normal Tea Party supporter to me. As for the poll, thats just an online poll of 9,000 some people. Also if you click the "Note on poll results" you will see.
