If by insufficiently socialistic you mean not at all socialistic then okay.

A socialistic health care system is one like many European countries have where the government is the single payer PLUS the hospitals are run by the government and the doctors and nurses are employed by the government.

The US health care reform is nothing like that.

Odd how often we have to correct an obvious factual error in the Talking Points of those who oppose a kind of reform that isn't even being proposed.
