Mr. Gramps is right. Liberal sites were never a breeding ground for anger against Republicans and therefore this tea bagger behavior deserves imprisonment for all that participate in anti government rants.

I must have missed all the stories were angry liberals flew airplanes or drove truck bombs into US government buildings, or when they pulled out guns and started blazing at random people.

Who does these things? Islamic terrorists and angry right wing extremists.

Not sure any Teabaggers have suffered anything more than being called a funny name.

Conceded, but notice how far back you had to go to find that. I'm pretty sure the Pendulum has swung in the other direction ever since the War in Vietnam has been over! Even back then you didn't get the mass murder that has been going on since then by the Right Wing Whackos, of course the Right is much more comfortable with guns and explosive than the left, unless you want to go all the way back to the turn of the last century and the Anarchist bomb throwers!

And notice that the Weathermen actually took some (minimal) measures to keep their bombs from hurting anyone. So far not so with America's right wing.

Do you know anything about Bill Ayers, "The New Left" or the picture you posted at all? If not, i think you should take your own advice before failing again.

You are letting your bias make you look really stupid. Let's take a look at the previous comments and see if there was an "epic failed grasp". I will go slow so you can keep up.

I simply pointed out that left wing extremists have in fact done the same. The timing of it doesn't matter. We have had nut jobs on both sides of the isle for years. And whether you want to agree with it or not Bill Ayers bombed a US government building and that makes him a scum bag terrorist. Even Gramps and lamparty can agree on that. Don't be a D-Bag.

I don't disagree with you Z, but you are going to great lengths to not get the point.

In the present time and under the present political climate, it is sometimes difficult to tell Islamic and American right wing terrorists apart.

Both groups attack government buildings, both have used airplanes as an instrument of terror, both have perverted religious teachings into justifications for acts of terror.

Worse yet, the sane people who share at least part of their philosophy have been slow to condemn their actions.

These aren't made up connections. They are real.

Gramps, I get the point. I think you are making a bit more out of my comment than I intended. If you are going to compare today's whackos on the right to islamic terrorists, then comparing Ayers to the '72 Munich terrorists should not be much of a stretch then. Bottom line, terrorism is bad and those that do it are f-ed up. I think we can certainly agree on that.

EDIT: I would also like to point out that the nut job that flew his plane into the IRS building had no religious motivation at all.

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

The fact that you are going back to the late 1960's with a hippy group protesting the vietnam war through terrorism (also as far as i know the only deaths associated with them there own people) makes that an epicly failed grasp. So yah.. Keep trying.

So, you are comparing a violent protest and threats (which we have prob seen worse here) to murder.

And yeah, crazy's on both sides.. But only one side do you see doing this kind of thing.
