I remember a time when Bill Clinton was going to declare martial law any minute, according to the 1990's version of this kind of thinking. Back then, FEMA was the boogieman, the government within the government. That was before we found out that under Heck of a Job Brownie, FEMA couldn't deliver bottled water, even if it was already loaded into trucks, just waiting for someone to tell them where to deliver it.
Now, of course, everything is worse because we have a foreign born president who is doing all kinds of unconstitutional things. He hasn't gotten around to confiscating everyone's guns and ammo like everyone thought, but maybe it slipped his mind while he was plotting to enslave all the white people, and force health care on you whether you want it or not. Oh, the humanity! 
If we are not careful, he might teach Evolution to our kids and where would we be then?
