My Question is how does the report call it a Canadian ship when her registry is in Barbados? Everybody in the marine business knows Barbados is a Flag of Convenience registry. And one with a less than sterling safety record. Why on earth would a parent put thier kid aboard a ship that is owned in Canada but runs away from the maritime regulatory system that enhances its safety?
and they said it flipped over... I would have expected Australians on board.
