Hopefully truth will triumph though judicial system.. too many scum lawyers, on the other hand this lady has lawyers too trying her case..
This happens every day and makes me sick. It happens to poor workers who get injured at work, but the employers deny everything; it happens to women like this; it happens to a lot of people who are not powerful or influential enough to avoid getting railroaded. And most companies would act in the manner KBR did to protect their own interests- and there are lawyers behind every single one of these decisions.
This is just one woman of thousands who are taken advantage of and discarded like a piece of garbage every single year. And those women are a small percentage of the amount of people railroaded by corporations every single year.
It's fucking sickening that these people really don't have anyone to stand up for them, and it's bullshit that we have allowed a culture of greed and corruption at companies in our country. And it's criminal that companies like KBR are allowed to get legal advice from lawyers who tell them that these practices are legal.
